Pharmacological properties:The drug causes relaxation of smooth muscles. Due to its influence, blood vessels expand (especially spasmodic ones), blood pressure decreases, and the spasm of the muscles of internal organs decreases.
Indications:Functional disorders and pain caused by spasms of smooth muscles of blood vessels, abdominal cavity, and bronchi. It is used during spasms of brain and coronary vessels and hypertensive crises; Also in cases of spastic colitis, cholecystitis, urinary tract spasms, and kidney stones.
